Now 2 Work is an employment and career advancement program with a special focus on connecting people with disabilities to perfect employers. We provide unmatched excellence in employment services and proven experience in delivering adequate solutions to workplace environments. The Now 2 Work team consists of a core group of experienced professionals with certifications in Job Skills Training, Job Placement, Work Readiness and Self-Employment with combining effort in the vocational training and alternative educational services and business and partnership development.

Our mission is a commitment to empowering individuals and adding value to their lives. Our mission involves empowering individuals to become self-sufficient, financially independent, and contributing members of their families and communities, resulting in a significant economic impact on our community. To implement results through our ability to empower communities, transform families, and build individual capacity through employment services, business partnerships, academic support, and vocational training. To provide support and to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and challenges, by assisting them in obtaining jobs and living independently. Person-centered support to people with disabilities whose goals are to live and work in the community. We are always working to put in place programs and services that help people with disabilities and the underserved.
